4.3 Information We Collect and Process When You Use the Subscription Service

4.3.1 Usage Data

We collect usage data when you or your users in your Collect Group account interact with the Subscription Service. Usage data includes metrics and information regarding your use and interaction with the Subscription Service such as what product features you use the most, when an object (like a ticket) is opened and closed, and how often certain features (like workflows) are triggered in your account.

4.3.3 Third Party Integrations

You may connect third party integrations to your Collect Group account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to your Collect Group account. It is your responsibility to review any third party integrations you authorize. We may collect information about what types of integrations you use in your Collect Group account.

Any permission(s) granted by you, grants these third parties access to your data, which may include (but is not limited to) granting third party applications access to view, store, and modify your Collect Group account data. We are not responsible for the practices of third party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to third party applications

We may receive information about you, or Users of your Collect Group Account (if applicable), from our global network of partners. We may receive this data through a number of ways, including through our deal and lead registration processes.

6.2 To Provide the Subscription Service

We use your account information and Customer Data to provide the product and services to you. Collect Group complies with Data Privacy and Security Law of the European Union - General Data Protection Regulations ( GDPR) that was put on effect on 25th May 2018, which has been implemented into Cypriot law by virtue of Law 125(I) of 2018 Providing For The Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the free movement of such data of 2018 and it is under the supervising of the Commissioner authority responsible for monitoring the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other laws aiming at the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of their personal data.

Our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Data described above will depend on the Personal Data concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. 8.1 International Transfers within the Collect Group

To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer information that may include Personal Data to other Collect Group Affiliates who act as subprocessors, where we have operations for the purposes described in this policy.
